First time at Pattaya Thai, I was craving something hot and spicy, these hit the spot. Flavors were exceptional. My husband said it was the best Pad Kee Mau noodles he had (drunken noodles) . He had the extra hot spice level and it definitely had a kick. I had the Matsamon Curry , hot spice level, I’ll go one level up next time but it was great nevertheless , savory, nutty and full of aromatics. Will definitely be back to try other dishes. The papaya salad was great aswell!

Pattaya Thai is, in my opinion, the best Thai restaurant in Jacksonville. From the moment we sat down, the service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly attentive—they never let my water glass get below half full, and they checked in just the right amount without ever feeling intrusive. I ordered the pork belly and shrimp Pad Thai and asked for it hot on the spice level. As someone who loves spicy food, they absolutely nailed it. It had the perfect amount of heat while still letting all the flavors come through. My girlfriend ordered the chicken red curry, and they accidentally made it with shrimp. Honestly, it didn’t even matter because it was absolutely delicious. Mistakes happen, and the quality of the food more than made up for it. We also shared the seared tuna appetizer, which was excellent. It was fresh, perfectly seared, and even came with a cute little wasabi leaf presentation that was a nice touch. Between the incredible food, attentive service, and welcoming atmosphere, this has become my favorite Thai spot in Jacksonville. We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend Pattaya Thai to anyone looking for authentic Thai food and amazing hospitality.

This was a fantastic experience all around. I have only tried Thai food once before and thought it was meh. This was so much better. I wish I had taken more pictures. The food was top notch, matched only by the service and friendliness of the staff. I will be back....a lot.

Holy smokes. This place is the real deal!! I always try whatever Reddit says is the spiciest Thai food in town when I travel, so I landed on Pattaya for Jacksonville. Here’s my review: First, the staff are really nice. They care about their guests and are good vibes. Second, while the beer selection is small, the Thai beer they do have is great. Most importantly for me: They can make the food HOT! I have been to countless places where they promise spice, and I find myself being able to eat spoonfuls of whatever spicy powder or sauce they have to add to their dishes. This is the vast majority of Thai places in the US. I will admit that I have a much higher spice tolerance than most people, but still. I asked for crazy hot. It was pretty hot when it came out as is, but I wanted more pain. I asked if they had anything to make it spicier and they took it back and cooked it some more. They weren’t messing around… the second I tasted a bit of capsaicin extract I knew I was in trouble. Between the extract and fresh Thai peppers used, the dish was HOT! Even for me! I was only able to eat half of my meal. I was humbled and impressed, I’ll definitely be back. This has never happened at

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re in Jacksonville and haven’t tried Pattaya Thai Restaurant yet… you are seriously missing out! This local, family-owned gem delivers on every level. From the rich, authentic flavors to the perfect balance of textures in every dish, you can truly taste the love and care put into the food. Every bite was an experience! And let me tell you about their sake mojito… absolutely AMAZING—refreshing, unique, and dangerously good. The staff? Top tier. Warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—it felt like dining with family. 10/10 recommend. This spot is officially on my favorites list and I will definitely be back! 🍜✨
